Position Overview

The Content Creator for Club & Nightlife is responsible for capturing, creating, and publishing engaging visual and written content that reflects the energy, atmosphere, and brand identity of the venue. This role supports marketing, guest engagement, and event promotion by turning the club’s nightly experiences, special events, and VIP moments into compelling social media and digital content that drives awareness, excitement, and attendance.

  • Position in the organisation:

The Content Creator sits within the Marketing, Brand, or Sales & Events team, depending on the venue structure. The role works closely with the General Manager, Marketing Manager, Venue Manager, DJs, promoters, and service teams to ensure content aligns with the club’s tone, event schedule, and commercial goals. In most operations, the Content Creator reports to the Marketing Manager or General Manager.

  • Key responsibilities:
  • Plan and capture high-quality photo, video, and short-form content during service, events, and activations.
  • Edit and publish content across social media platforms in line with brand guidelines and campaign calendars.
  • Showcase the venue’s atmosphere, guest experience, entertainment, bottle service, and special offers in a polished, aspirational way.
  • Collaborate with promoters, performers, and management to highlight key nights and increase attendance.
  • Monitor trends, guest engagement, and platform performance to improve reach and impact.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of brand voice, visual standards, and sensitive guest privacy considerations.
  • What success looks like:

The ideal person is creative, highly visual, and fast-moving, with strong instincts for nightlife culture and digital storytelling. They are confident working in a lively, high-pressure environment, comfortable interacting with guests and staff, and skilled at balancing creativity with brand consistency. Success in this role requires excellent time management, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to produce content quickly without sacrificing quality. A strong performer is proactive, trend-aware, discreet, and able to translate the excitement of the venue into content that attracts and retains guests.
