Licence & terms of use
Short and plain: buy once, use it with your team forever, but please don't share it publicly.
Your licence
Every purchase (and every free manual) gives you a lifetime, non-transferable licence to use the overviews, SOPs and training manuals for internal staff training at your own venue or venues. You may edit, brand, print and share the documents with your own team.
What is not allowed
You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish or upload the manuals (or substantial parts of them) to websites, marketplaces, file-sharing services, social media or groups outside your organisation, whether for free or for payment.
Traceable copies
Every Word and PDF download is uniquely stamped with the licensee's name, email, order number and a download ID, both visibly and inside the file. PDFs are protected against copying and editing. We log downloads to protect our customers and our authors.
Fair use limits
To prevent abuse, each manual can be downloaded up to 10 times per account per day. Unusual activity may be reviewed.
Enforcement
If a copy is found shared publicly, we may suspend the account linked to it without refund and request removal from the hosting platform.
