The Entertainment Director is the creative and operational lead responsible for shaping the venue’s entertainment identity and ensuring every performance, DJ set, themed night, and guest-facing activation aligns with the brand promise. • Monitor guest response, attendance, spend patterns, and overall event performance
  • Maintain strong vendor and talent relationships while negotiating fees and managing budgets

They are confident communicators, calm under pressure, and skilled at managing personalities, last-minute changes, and high-energy service environments. Success in this role requires a balance of vision, discipline, diplomacy, and a sharp instinct for what keeps guests coming back.
