  • Position in the organisation
  • Sits within the Consulting, Concept & Opening function, often as part of the pre-opening, brand operations, or franchise support structure.

  • Support new franchise openings, including planning, training, launch readiness, and post-opening follow-up.
  • Ensure franchisees understand and implement brand standards, SOPs, menus, service style, and promotional activity.
  • Resolve operational issues quickly while maintaining a constructive, professional partnership approach.
  • What success looks like
  • Strong at building trust, influencing without authority, and maintaining accountability.
  • Commercially minded, highly organised, and confident working with numbers and performance data.
  • Skilled communicator with a calm, diplomatic style and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Experienced in restaurant, club, or lounge operations, with a solid understanding of brand consistency, opening processes, and premium guest experience.
