  • Act as the main point of contact for artists, managers, agents and promoters, ensuring expectations are clear and commitments are met.
  • Work closely with operations, security, bar, stage, AV and front-of-house teams to align timing, access, dressing room setup and show flow.
  • Confirm technical, hospitality and contractual requirements such as rider fulfilment, set times, guest list arrangements and transport or accommodation needs where applicable.
  • Monitor artist experience on-site, resolving issues quickly and discreetly while maintaining professionalism and brand standards.
  • Support event execution by ensuring artists are briefed, settled and ready to perform on time.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, contact details, preferences, incident notes and post-event feedback to improve future service.
  • Help protect the venue’s reputation by building strong, respectful long-term relationships with talent and industry partners.
