The Bottle Girl / Bottle Host is a front-facing hospitality role responsible for delivering a polished, high-energy VIP experience in the club and nightlife environment. This position combines exceptional guest service, table presentation, sales support, and brand representation to ensure that VIP guests feel welcomed, valued, and entertained throughout the evening. The role is central to driving revenue through bottle service, enhancing guest satisfaction, and maintaining the venue’s premium image.
This role sits within the Club & Nightlife front-of-house team and typically reports to the Floor Manager, VIP Manager, or Assistant General Manager, depending on the venue structure. It works closely with servers, bartenders, security, hosts, and management to coordinate service flow, guest requests, and table operations.

- Support revenue generation through upselling bottles, mixers, and premium experiences
- Represent the venue’s standard of style, energy, and professionalism
- Key responsibilities
- Greet and engage VIP guests in a warm, confident, and polished manner
- Set up and maintain bottle service tables to a high visual standard
- Present bottles, mixers, and special requests with accuracy and flair
- Anticipate guest needs, respond quickly to requests, and resolve minor issues professionally
- Coordinate with bar, floor, and security teams to ensure timely service and smooth table turnover
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and brand standards in assigned sections
- Support promotional activities, celebrations, and guest recognition moments
- Handle cashless sales processes or POS-related tasks accurately where required
