  • Where the role sits and reporting line
  • This position is part of the Facilities & Maintenance function, working closely with Operations, Kitchen, Bar, and Security teams.
  • The HVAC Technician typically reports to the Facilities Manager, Chief Engineer, or Maintenance Manager, depending on the size and structure of the venue.

  • Liaise with external vendors and specialist contractors when required.
  • Type of person who succeeds in this role
  • Technically skilled, calm under pressure, and highly reliable.
  • Strong at troubleshooting, practical problem-solving, and working independently.

  • Professional in communication and respectful of the fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
