  • Ensures reservation promises are accurately communicated and delivered by the host team, floor team, and management.
  • Position in the organisation

  • Liaise with security and floor management to support smooth arrivals, VIP handling, and guest access control.
  • Monitor booking trends, no-shows, and conversion rates, and support reporting on reservation performance.
  • Resolve guest issues professionally, particularly around changes, delays, substitutions, and last-minute demand spikes.
  • Type of person who succeeds in the role
  • Highly organised, calm under pressure, and confident in a fast-paced nightlife setting.
  • Strong communicator with excellent discretion, diplomacy, and customer service instincts.
  • Commercially aware, detail-focused, and comfortable balancing VIP expectations with venue policy.
  • Proactive, polished, and adaptable, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams and with high-value guests.
